44mm head tube with Chris King headset

We pair our performance steel with the lightest fork possible. Our gravel fork is full carbon monoccoque with integrated brake cable to keep it away from snagging branches and flying mud. Our 44mm head tube improves control around the technical trail and in slippery mud, so you have the confidence to stay off the brake and enjoy the ride. A Chris King headset is included with all stainless frameset purchases.

Ultralight premium carbon gravel fork

The ultralight, carbon utility fork provides not only stability and control, but three mounts for a front rack, bottle cage, or a multitude of bags that are designed for this mounting system, giving you accessible storage on big days out on the trails. Developed by Condor, the 400g carbon monocoque fork features a carbon steerer, internal cable routing, and discrete mudguard mounts.

Adventure geometry

Modern road geometry paired with off-road ability. We have relaxed the head angle and adjusted the chainstay length so you can comfortably cover kilometres on the road, as well as sweep, skid, and drift with glee on the trails. The frame features multiple mounting options across the down tube and forks for more carry capacity, whether it be for hydration or bike-packing bags. The performance gravel geometry is based around our road bike models, tweaked for added stability so you can cover great distances on rough terrain as efficiently and speedily as possible.

XCr stainless, the ultimate steel

Unlike other stainless steel tubesets, Columbus uses seamless stainless steel, which enables the tube walls to be drawn extremely thin at just 0.4mm. This keeps the weight low whilst having a higher stiffness to weight ratio than Titanium. It is corrosion resistant, too.

Wide gravel tyre clearance

Nothing is off limits. Carve corners with conviction and grip the dirt as you descend wind-lashed Scottish passes or to the rich clay soils in Granada, Spain. The frame boasts 43mm clearance and is 650b compatible, too, should comfort be your focus. Or choose 40mm tyres from our favourite tyre brands for a race-ready setup.

Ready for any adventure, the Gravel Stainless frameset features mounts for racks and mudguards. This allows you to easily carry luggage for touring or bikepacking and stay dry in all conditions. If you prefer a minimalist look and don't require these mounts, please request that they are not brazed onto the frame when you place your order.

Attention to detail and design touches make the Condor Stainless unique to you. Choose from fifty paint colours, and select a design from our library or add your own touches. Popular Design 1: Future Fade

This design features graduated bands on the top and down tube and polished rear stays. It looks great in a single colour, you can choose from one of our 50 custom colours.

Popular Design 2: Horizontal Colours

This design was first introduced with our team issue bikes. It features two colours and polished chainstays and bottom bracket. Our example features purple and melon but you can select any two colours of your choosing or ask us for assistance.

Popular Design 3: The Classic

The simple design are the often the timeless ones. The front triangle of the bike is painted in one of our 50 colour options and the rear is left exposed, some riders choose to paint a portion of the rear seatstays, as shown in our example.

Popular Design 4: The Heritage

Seat tube decals are often found on Condor frames dating from the fifties and sixties. This design is a version of that, where we have polished bands on the seat tube we also apply our original Condor logo in the centre of the seat tube.

Down tube decal options

The down tube design is up to you or we can make suggestions to suit the colour and finish you’ve selected. One of the most popular down tube designs features an exposed stainless steel, polished Condor logo.

Included in the design process is a choice of finishing lacquer. You can choose between modern matt or slick gloss.
