A muddy blog post
LAST NIGHT WAS A CHANCE TO PUT OUR NEW CYCLO CROSS FRAME THROUGH ITS PACES IN A PROPER RACE IN PROPER CYCLOCROSS CONDITIONS. UP UNTIL NOW THE GRASS HASN'T BEEN SLIPPERY AND THE MUD HASN'T BEEN GLOOPY ENOUGH.
Sammy and Tom took to the Herne Hill velodrome for their first ever taste of Cyclocross while Ben and Claire reacquianted themselves with the world of mud after nearly six months of tarmac.

Good, Bad and the Ugly - its good I didn't fall off as that was my first time back on a cross bike since the Feb. I didn't really push the speed as much as I should have -I was being a bit of a whimp. Mud literally got everywhere. Just found a bit I missed in my ears, ergh!
