Ode to a Dugast
Beige and cotton on your wall,
You grip and hug to keep me tall.
The nobles are like none other before,
And the reason why many adore.
A labour of love, stitched by hand,
They fight and drive through sand.
Sort after, fought after, swapped and traded,
Cleaned and maintained, walls kept from being faded.
Glue fumes permeate the air, mixed with aquaseal,
Preparation is key, this is a big deal.
Loved and lusted, studied and admired,
Race, tub rolls, the mechanic fired.
Greasy grass, mud, a bog,
Riding a Rhino it's not a slog.
We still go fast,
All down to A. Dugast.
