About this model
"It climbs so beautifully, with a flick that rewards out of the saddle efforts on the steep climbs that we have here in the Mendips. It's best suited to riders who prefer a quick smash in the hills to those who want to tick off long miles." - Road.cc
Constructed from state-of-the-art 7000 series aluminium, our race-orientated frameset is stiff and superbly light. Remodelled with a tapered head tube and new smoother, lighter tubing, the Italia RC Disc will accelerate up to speed quickly and stop you even quicker. Race it, ride it, or climb with it: the Italia RC offers performance by the bucket load at a price to suit every budget.
Geometry
The geometry of a frame refers to the lengths and angles of its tubes. It directly affects the way you ride and the way the bike handles. Condor's geometries are tried and tested, and adjusted between our models to suit their style.

Our reviews speak for themselves

Tapered head tube
The 1-1/8" to 1.5" tapered head tube is paired with our straight blade full carbon fork for pin sharp handling, and stiffness under braking and cornering, keeping you confident on the tightest of race courses.

Any groupset you want with Condor Smart Cabling
Our Smart Cabling system allows you to choose any groupset and if you want to change to Di2/EPS, mechanical or eTap AXS in the future you don't need to worry about messy cabling or compatibility.

Wide tyre clearance
Fit up to 32mm tyres on the Italia RC Disc, and take it anywhere from Roubaix to Flanders, on the world's worst roads or ribbons of the best Tarmac.

Threaded bottom bracket
Condor frames feature a BSA threaded bottom bracket shell. It's an overlooked part of the frame, but a very important one. The lowly bottom bracket doesn’t get much attention, and if it's working properly, that's the way it should be — smooth and silent. BSA is a tried and tested, reliable system, preferred by the two of the most popular component makers, Shimano and Campagnolo. To make life easier, bottom brackets to fit this standard are available from just about anywhere. Fitting a BSA bottom bracket is simple, and the tool required is inexpensive.

Ultralight premium carbon fork
The monocoque fork features internal brake routing to reduce snagging and damage to the cable, whilst maintaining optimal braking for longer. Constructed from one piece, high grade carbon fibre creates an ultra-lightweight, incredibly strong fork, ensuring that the power you put through the bike is not lost to fork flex. The one piece construction also means the fork legs do not need to be bonded onto an an steerer, which not only saves weight but also reduces the carbon material around the fork crown to maximise tyre clearance.

Enhanced frame treatment
Once the frame has been welded and cleaned, it receives a light anodising treatment before being painted. This provides additional protection against corrosion, which combined with regular maintenance will help to keep your frame in good condition. Read more

Butted and shape to reduce weight
We use double butted tubes that transition in shape from round to flattened as they offer the same weight with improved stiffness compared to round tubes, so you can put the power in and go. Our 7000 series aluminium is alloyed with zinc and can be precipitation hardened (a form of heat treatment) to the highest strengths of any aluminium alloy.

A staff favourite since the sixties
The Italia models have been part of our range since the sixties. Dedicated to being fast and fun. The original Italia was designed for riders to use day-to-day and ride it to races at the weekend. The Italia RC offers performance by the bucketload, whatever your goal for the day.
