About this model
A feisty ride with classic highlights, the Classico Stainless features sparkling rear stays, constructed from highly-polished Columbus XCr. Unlike chromed tubes they offer a responsive ride and performance gains.
Geometry
The geometry of a frame refers to the lengths and angles of its tubes. It directly affects the way you ride and the way the bike handles. Condor's geometries are tried and tested, and adjusted between our models to suit their style.

Our reviews speak for themselves

Stainless steel rear triangle
Not just a pretty finish. The stiffness of stainless steel means smaller diameter tubes can be used that still provide the strength, power transfer and sweet ride compliance of titanium without the high price tag. Perfect for both fast rides and all day jaunts.

Fillet-brazed welds
A laborious technique of joining tubes that produces a smooth finish with almost no weld visible. Brass is built up around two tubes. The frame is then cooled and cleaned using water and a wire brush. Finally the brass is filed down by hand to achieve a flat finish

Stainless steel fork
The elegant stainless fork with a gleaming polished finish is stiff in sprints and under acceleration, whilst the properties of stainless material ensure the ride is smooth.

Rust inhibiting treatment
After being welded, filed and cleaned, our steel frames are dipped in a rust inhibiting treatment. The treatment provides a degree of protection, particularly inside the frame, against corrosion caused by acidic substances (including water). Read more
