Product Description

Join us for the ultimate low-stress entry into bikepacking. Taking place from Friday 25th to Sunday 27th September, the Camp Out from Condor, Apidura and Albion is designed for first-timer bikepackers or bikepackers who haven't stayed overnight before, and riders looking to hone their setup with full event support.

Your ticket includes a 55km guided gravel route from our London shop to The Barn, KT9 in Surrey, campsite fees, Saturday dinner, cold drinks, Sunday morning breakfast, and campfire Q&As, access to the Apidura gear library.

The Barn, KT9

Our chosen camp location has hot showers & flushing toilets, and fresh drinking water points located right on the campsite. There is a cafe on site for drinks, food and breakfast.
The Barn does not have vehicle access, it can be reached via gravel paths or a cycle path with broken tarmac paving. 
The Barn is located 15 minutes from Chessington South station.  

Weekend Itinerary

Thursday 24th or Friday 25th: Collect packs 

Friday 25th, 6.30pm: Rider briefing at Condor store

Saturday 26th, 9.30am: Ride to camp from Condor store

Sunday 27th, 10am: pack up and ride back / take the train to London

Don't own bikepacking equipment? No problem.

  • No Extra Cost: Pack loans are included free with your event ticket.

  • Pick-Up & Fitting: Collect your reserved packs from the Condor store on Thursday 24th or Friday 25th September. Our team will help fit them to your bike and show you how to balance your load.

  • Easy Return: Keep the packs for your ride home and drop them back to the shop anytime the following week.

What Happens Next?

Once you purchase your ticket, you will receive an immediate order confirmation. In the coming days, we will send a detailed follow-up email containing:

  • Your Apidura Gear Library reservation form.

  • The downloadable GPX route files for your bike computer.

  • Pre-ride bike prep advice and arrival instructions for Friday's rider briefing.

(Food, drinks, campfire coffee, and pack loans are provided—you just need to bring the following core items)

  • Bike: A gravel bike, hardtail mountain bike or a bike with wide tyres suitable for off road riding, cyclocross, all road bike. A road bike is not suitable.
  • Sleep Setup: A compact 1–2 person tent (or bivvy bag), sleeping mat, and sleeping bag.
  • Riding Clothing: Helmet (mandatory), cycling kit, and a lightweight waterproof jacket.
  • Camp Clothing: A warm layer (packable down jacket or fleece), dry off-bike clothes, flip flops, slides or packable footwear for around the camp.
  • Bike Essentials: Front and rear lights, spare inner tubes, hand pump, multi-tool, and water bottles, ride snacks
  • Personal Items: Headtorch, phone/GPS charging bank, toothbrush, and a small towel, snacks.
