Inspired by PEdAL ED's new adventure clothing collection, the Bivio Odyssey frameset is easy to carry on uphill portages, capable on rough descents, and - above all - won't hold you back on adventures. Constructed by hand from 7005 premium aluminium, Bivio Odyssey is the lightest of our adventure framesets. There are reflected decals across the frame which take design cues from PEdAL ED's new garments and aid visibility in low light.

We supply a full set of both electronic and manual guides and blanking plates for smart cabling framesets, including a piece of cable noise protector for the internal cabling to go through the BB.

1. Choose your model
We make a wide range to suit all styles and disciplines. Our full range is available to view online and in-store, but don't worry if you're not sure what's right for you — we're here to help!
2. Have a fitting
We'll ensure that you'll ride in complete comfort and get the best performance from your bike. If you can't visit us in store, we can help with the fit by phone or email.
3. Make it your own
We'll work with you to choose components that suit your requirements, right down to details such as handlebar tape colour. We are here to advise on everything.
4. We build it
We'll assemble your bike in London. Once built, we'll arrange a time and date with you for the handover, where we'll run through everything and help with anything else you may need.

Smoother is faster
Smooth is fast — our premium aluminium glides over the rough stuff, delivering a compliant ride with ultra-wide tyre clearance, bringing you lots of grip and delivering plenty of fun. Our custom rolled tubes, are made from premium grade 7005 aluminium, designed to be light but stiff for a balance of stability and power transfer. The top tube, with its decagon profile, uses multiple flat surfaces to create stiffness in the tube whilst keeping weight low.
No snag cabling
Smart Cabling is our most versatile cable management system that allows you to fit any groupset, be it mechanical or electronic. If you choose a mechanical groupset now but have an eye on an electronic groupset in the future, our Smart Cabling System will accommodate without creating a cluttered wiring set up and without the need to change your frame.
Enhanced frame treatment
Once the frame has been welded and cleaned, it receives a light anodising treatment before being painted. This provides additional protection against corrosion, which combined with regular maintenance will help to keep your frame in good condition. Read more

A 44mm head tube improves control and performance.
Thru-axle technology
The thru-axle system, brought over from our off-road MTB cousins, offers a much more consistent wheel attachment, reducing brake rub and increasing safety. A thru-axle has a greater constant surface area, compared with a disc brake and traditional skewer, which means a stiffer base and torsional strength. We use a 12mm aluminium thru-axle because it provides the best weight to stiffness ratio for gravel and road riding. A thicker axle, similar to that use on an MTB, would be too heavy, whilst a thinner axle wouldn't have enough torsional strength.
