Belgian Cycling Paradise

Belgian Cycling

Lovers of cycling, creators of great riders and action packed races, the Belgians are descending on London during the summer games and opening a Belgian Cycling Paradise in celebration of a summer of sport.

If you haven't managed to bag yourself a ticket this summer's hottest sporting event event, Belgium House is a great way to enjoy the Games. Everyday from 11.00 until 02.00am action from the games will be shown live on big screen, while visitors can enjoy the best of Belgian hospitality from chocolate to frites, beer and steak and you'll be joined by Olympic cycling vetrans Eddy Merckx and Paris-Roubaix star Johan Museeuw, plus members of the Belgian Olympic squad.

The Belgium House and Cycling Paradise welcomes all Londoners and sport enthusiasts to a unique historical setting. Based at Middle Temple the Belgium Olympic and Interfederal Committee (BOIC) have set up a meeting place where people can soak up atmosphere.

The Belgian Cycling Paradise (outside Middle Temple at Fountain Court; entry is free) is an interactive exhibition and meeting point for cycling enthusiasts. Take a virtual cycle ride through Belgium or around ‘Flanders Fields’ in Ypres, on the Grand Place in Brussels or even in the stunning area around Waterloo.

Everyday the visitors to the Cycling Paradise will have the chance to win a trip to Belgium for four.
