We have revised how we operate at Condor. Our Gray's Inn Road store is open, with reduced staffing and opening hours, and precautionary measures in place in order to minimise the risk to our staff and customers.
We are following government guidelines to ensure staff and customer safety. Please avoid coming in to browse or to try on any soft goods, as these are especially hard to sanitise following contact.
Our website and dispatch centre are fully operational and we doing our best to keep to our same day dispatch target for online orders. We offer free returns for all UK orders and easy international returns.

My bike is ready for collection, can I come to the store?
Yes, you can. Please ensure that you book a collection via the email received to confirm that your bike is built.
Can I bring my bike in for service?
Yes. We operate a booking system to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the workshop. If you have any of the symptoms of coronavirus or share a household with someone who does, please do not travel to the store.
I need an essential repair, can I bring my bike in?
If you are a key worker and require a repair to keep you moving, we will do everything we can to assist. Please call the store on 020 7269 6820 to check availability before you visit.
My bike is due for its free of charge check-over, but I can't bring it in.
Our free of charge check-over is not likely to be essential during the next three weeks. Please postpone booking this where possible.
My order is ready for collection from the store, can I pick it up?
Yes, you can. In the store we have hand sanitiser and tissues. If you would like us to ship your order to you instead, please let us know.
If you have any of the symptoms of coronavirus or share a household with someone who does, please do not travel to the store. We can ship your order to you free of charge.
Will my order be delayed?
We are doing our best to keep to our same day dispatch target. On occasions it may be delayed by a day or so, but we are not experiencing any significant delays ourselves. Most carriers are operating normally, but inevitably there are some unexpected delays occurring.
Can I buy a new bike in store?
We are carrying out consultations for new bikes including bike fitting. Please make an appointment to come and see us and rest assured that we are taking the necessary precautions in store to ensure everyone's safety.
Are you offering bike fitting?
We are pleased to announce that our bike fitting service is available again. It remains a full session but we have changed the way we assess cleat and saddle position to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. Please book online at your convenience.
