Do I need to wear a face covering?
From 19 July 2021, there is no longer a legal requirement to wear a face covering in indoor settings. It is recommended that members of the public continue to wear face coverings in crowded and enclosed spaces where you come into contact with people you don't normally meet.
Can I try on shoes?
You can come to the store to try on shoes. Please ensure that you bring clean socks with you.
Can I try on helmets?
You can come to the store to try on helmets. We would be grateful if you would where a head covering, which we'll supply.
Can I try on clothing?
Yes. you can try on clothing.
Will my order be delayed?
We are doing our best to keep to our high level of service. We are not experiencing any delays at present. Most carriers are operating normally.
Can I buy a new bike in store?
We are carrying out consultations for new bikes including bike fitting. Please make an appointment to come and see us and rest assured that we are taking the necessary precautions in store to ensure everyone's safety.
