Coronavirus Information

We have revised how we operate at Condor. Our Gray's Inn Road store is open, with reduced staffing and opening hours, and precautionary measures in place in order to minimise the risk to our staff and customers. We are following government guidelines to ensure staff and customer safety.

Our website and dispatch centre are fully operational. We offer free returns for all UK orders and easy international returns.

If you need advice, support, or have any queries, our customer service team is here to help. We can be contacted by phone, email, live chat, or social media. Full contact details can be found here.

Have your opening hours changed?

We are operating with reduced opening hours in an effort to minimise the risk for our staff and customers. Please see our contact page for the revised opening hours.

Do I need to wear a mask or face covering?

Wearing a face covering in shops and supermarkets in England is mandatory from 24 July. We therefore ask you to wear a face covering when in the store from this date onward. Children under 11 and those with certain disabilities will be exempt. Those who fail to comply with the new rules may face a fine of up to £100, the Government has announced.

Can I try on shoes?

You can come to the store to try on shoes. We will ask you to sanitise your hands before doing so. Please ensure that you bring clean socks with you.

Can I try on helmets?

You can come to the store to try on helmets. We will ask you to sanitise your hands and wear a head covering, which we'll supply.

Can I try on clothing?

It is very difficult to sanitise soft goods and so we are being as careful as possible when it comes to trying on clothing. We will do our best to accommodate.

Can I take my mask off during a bike fitting or to talk?

No, sorry, that's not allowed. Coronavirus is spread when droplets are sprayed into the air when infected people cough or sneeze — but also when they talk. A face covering must be worn at all times including during bike fittings and new bike consultations.

My bike is ready for collection, can I come to the store?

Yes, you can. Please ensure that you book a collection via the email received to confirm that your bike is built.

Can I bring my bike in for service?

Yes. We operate a booking system to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the workshop. If you have any of the symptoms of coronavirus or share a household with someone who does, please do not travel to the store.

My order is ready for collection from the store, can I pick it up?

Yes, you can. In the store we have hand sanitiser and tissues. If you would like us to ship your order to you instead, please let us know.

If you have any of the symptoms of coronavirus or share a household with someone who does, please do not travel to the store. We can ship your order to you free of charge.

My bike is due for its free of charge check-over, but I can't bring it in

If you have any symptoms of coronavirus and are not able to bring your new bike in for its scheduled check-over, please contact us and we will try to find a time in the coming weeks that is suitable for you.

Will my order be delayed?

We are doing our best to keep to our same day dispatch target. We are not experiencing any significant delays ourselves. Most carriers are operating normally, but inevitably there are some unexpected delays occurring.

Can I buy a new bike in store?

We are carrying out consultations for new bikes including bike fitting. Please make an appointment to come and see us and rest assured that we are taking the necessary precautions in store to ensure everyone's safety.

Are you offering bike fitting?

We are pleased to announce that our bike fitting service is available again. It remains a full session but we have changed the way we assess cleat and saddle position to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. Please book online at your convenience.

As always, should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch — we are on hand to help in any way that we can.
