Preparing for a bikepacking or touring trip begins with the inspiration for adventure, and that preparation ends with the ASSOS x ORTLIEB Seat-Pack. The Seat-Pack secures spare kit or a change of clothing, compressing or expanding from 4.5-11L to add capacity when needed or increase stability when the load is light. Courtesy of its waterproof construction, the bag also doubles as a rear fender, shielding against road spray and trail much alike.
The soft, high-grip, hook-and-loop straps secure to carbon or alloy seatposts up to 34.9mm in diameter, and external webbing and daisy chains provide quick-access storage. The Seat-Pack 11L requires 6cm (2.4in) of exposed seatpost to attach.
PU-laminated rip-stop nylon creates a durable, dust- and waterproof barrier on the trail or the road.
The 11L size can compress to 4.5L. It has a weight limit of 3kg (6.6lb) and can fit seatposts up to 34.9mm.
Eco-conscious: Sustainable sourcing and construction reduces the Seat-Pack’s carbon footprint to 8.1kg, which can be offset by ditching the car and riding 85.26km.
