We don’t sell package bikes or bicycles with pre selected components because we want you to have a bike that is personalised only for you. We give you the flexibility to choose components that suit you and your budget. You can purchase a bike or frameset (frame, fork, headset and seat clamp). Most riders choose to purchase a complete bicycle. You can start by choosing one of our example bikes to get an idea of price and components as template, or create something unique using components from your favourite brands.

Our process: what to expect
1. Choose your model
We make a wide range of frames to suit every kind of rider, from road to gravel and touring to commuting. Browse online or visit us in-store. Don’t worry if you’re unsure — our team is here to guide you.
2. Have a free fitting either in-store or by phone/email
Book a new bike fitting appointment. You can visit us for a full fitting session to determine your ideal setup.
If you’re not local, we’ll arrange a phone or video fitting to understand your riding style, goals, and body measurements.
3. Picking your components
Now the fun part — picking your components and personalising your bike. During the appointment we work with you to pick the components to personalise your bike. Whether you already know what you like or want some expert advice, we can help with every detail, from drivetrain to handlebar tape.
4. We build your bike
Your bike will be assembled by hand in our London workshop. Once it’s ready, we’ll arrange a handover, either in person or by shipping the bike fully assembled to your door.
We’re here every step of the way, so if you are unsure about sizing, which model is right for you or components to fit, we’re here to help. We all started somewhere and there is absolutely no such thing as a silly question.
The Condor Way
Buying a new bike should be exciting, not overwhelming. Our process is different to most other bike brands who typically have a model and with varying specifications at different price points.
Instead, we give you the flexibility to customise the setup to suit your riding experience and aims. It means you don’t compromise on anything or purchase a bike with components that you want to switch or upgrade after the first ride. You also have a bike that fits rather than having to be fettled with.
Off-the-peg bikes have pre-selected components such as handlebars and stem, which are sized based on the average person who would ride that size of frame. But no two people are the same and therefore this rarely works.

What is a bike fitting
Everyone’s body is different, and small differences in proportions can have a big effect on comfort and performance. Bikes are more than just frame size. Our free full bike fit helps determine:
- Frame size
- Handlebar width and shape
- Stem length and angle
- Seat post type (inline or layback)
- Saddle width and rail position
- Handlebar (stack) height
- Saddle height
This isn’t just about comfort, it's about efficiency, injury prevention, and making sure the bike performs the way it should for you. It also means there’s no trial and error post-purchase, saving you time and cost later.
Why choose components?
Another benefit of our approach is being able to choose components that are right for you and your budget. With many off-the-shelf bikes, brands often save money on finishing kit — cheap tyres, generic saddles, and uninspiring handlebar tape. But with Condor you have control over everything including your handlebar tape’s cushioning and colour! Whether it’s a wider tyre for more comfort, a carbon seat post for extra compliance, or a saddle you already know suits you — it's your bike, your way.
Follow up check-up
Every new bike comes with a free check-up after 4–6 weeks or 100 miles, whichever comes first. We’ll make an appointment for you and you can simply drop by the store and we’ll make sure everything’s running smoothly, dial in the fit if needed, and answer any questions you may have.
