Offering a good mix of performance and value, the Mavic Aksium disc wheels are perfect for those new to road cycling or for more experienced cyclists looking for a robust, reliable training wheel. 24 straight-pull spokes make the build stiff and able to cope with the demands placed upon the wheels by disc braking. The internal rim is 17mm wide and fits wider tyres — up to 32mm — for improved comfort and traction.


A super light and efficient freewheel system that’s versatile enough for a range of setups. Engagement is almost instant and a large contactless rubber seal reduces friction for a buttery smooth feel.


Mavic's auto bearing preload hub technology keeps the wheels spinning smoothly without play for longer. These double-sealed bearings maximise durability, keeping maintenance to a minimum throughout the wheel’s lifetime.
