About this model

Our example builds are just a starting point. Each bike is built from the ground up by a single mechanic, using the measurements from the included bike fitting for the perfect ride.

Expertly tig welded

Tig welding is an art. The welds on our Pista are impossibly neat and brilliantly finished. This means that minimum weight is added through the welding process but ensures the join is strong.

Lightweight steel

Road-smoothing steel

Our lightweight steel tubeset is custom drawn for Condor by Italian tube manufacturer, Dedacciai. Featuring carbon, magnesium, molybdenum and vanadium in the steel, the tubes are triple-butted to create a light and responsive ride and smooth rough tarmac. The steel is heat-treated, an additional process which adds strength allowing us to keep the frame weight low.

Rust inhibiting treatment

Rust inhibiting treatment

After being welded, filed and cleaned, our steel frames are dipped in a rust inhibiting treatment. The treatment provides a degree of protection, particularly inside the frame, against corrosion caused by acidic substances (including water). Read more
