Designed with a closed sole, it is constructed from mid-weight fleece lined, neoprene with a waterproof coating and fully taped seams to seal out rain and road spray without adding unnecessary bulk. Complete with an elasticated silicone cuff and rugged anti-abrasion panels underneath, it delivers maximum protection and durability in a streamlined package.
