A bike handlebar is an important element of your bike setup to get right: it controls steering and affects handling. Drop bars are commonplace on road, track and touring bikes, allowing you to get into a more aerodynamic position, and on a gravel bike, a wide drop (often flared) or flat handlebar will increase stability.
