Symmetry is a key component of sound design. King riders have, for years, paired our headsets with our bottom brackets and hubs to provide a few classy pops of color to their bikes. But that left them with no offsetting visual cue at the top of the bike to make the look more symmetrical. If this strikes you as a goofy way to think about your bike, fair enough, but it’s one of those things that bothered our eyes a little, and enough riders asked us to make a seat collar that we went ahead and designed one.
