The Aero System is a performance-oriented solution for competitive gravel racers, developed through rigorous Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis. With an average 5 watt saving at race speed, it’s wind tunnel tested and race-proven at the highest level, showing a benefit on every bike we’ve tested. View the data.
The Aero System was designed with the primary purpose of improving aerodynamic performance, regardless of what you decide to pack. For years we’ve helped riders go further, now we’re helping them to go faster.
Hexagrid - An ultralight, high strength nylon grid, laminated with TPU to create a minimalist yet structured material. PFAs and PFC-free.
HDPE - High strength and rigidity reinforcement boarding with good shape recall to avoid deformation.
Aero Optimised - Active improvement of the aerodynamic performance of the bike and rider.
Ultralight - Minimal design & lightweight materials for optimal weight-performance.
