A highly packable, breathable cycling vest designed for and tested by ultra-endurance cyclists and made with recycled materials.
As part of our Odyssey line of ultra-endurance cycling clothing, the Men’s Odyssey Polartec® EcoEngineering Alpha® Vest was born of the need for more versatile cycling clothing when competing in some of the toughest cycling events on earth events like the Transcontinental, Trans-Pyrenees and Silk Road Mountain races. Updated using sustainable EcoEngineering Alpha® fabric by Polartec®, this lightweight cycling gilet is made from recycled plastic fibers, repurposed into an innovative, insulating fabric that is highly packable, fitting easily into a jersey pocket or bikepacking bag.
The vest itself features large rear pockets and an invisible front sippered pocket for carrying snacks or spare tools and displays the same reflective backing as our Odyssey Jersey for increased visibility during late night riding. Keep warm when the temperatures dip, and when they rise again, the Odyssey bike vest easily tucks into its own self-storage pocket.
