Whether you're rolling out before dawn or expecting changing weather mid-ride, packable, insulated warmers ensure you're always able to fine-tune your personal thermostat. Our test team knows this all too well, which is why they've taken our versatile leg warmers and given them a few refinements to boost their overall functionality and comfort. Enter the RS Spring/Fall Leg Warmers, made using a flexible shell-like material that's brushed on the skin-facing side for protection and insulation.
A revised single-seam pattern now perfectly mirrors your leg while pedaling, which results in a smooth uniform hold on your upper and lower leg muscles. Zippers at the ankles were added at the request of WorldTour pro riders to make getting them on and off an easier affair while in the saddle. In terms of finishing, we used a raw-cut treatment at the tops of the warmers to seamlessly layer under (or over) your bib shorts, which are held securely in place by a silicone dot treatment on the inside. As with all our warmers, these are left- and right-side specific, with labels to help you align the seam for the cleanest fit possible.
- OSMOS Medium: This warp-knit is the main textile (250g/m2), featuring asymmetrical stretch and a soft, durable construction. Moderate levels of insulation are derived from the brushed skin-facing side.
- Reversed Camlock Zipper: Side-zip camlock closure ensures simple on/off operation, which is reversed for a smooth action and flush design.
- Silicone Transfer Dots: Tapered silicone dot treatment grips the thighs to deliver a smooth, ultralight hold.
- Raw-Cut Leg: Creates the smoothest transition possible for streamlined layering under or over your bib shorts.
