Returns

UK Customers

 

If you are not entirely happy with any item(s) in your order, you can return them free of charge for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving it.

Please follow these steps to return an item(s).

  1. Download and complete a UK returns form.
  2. Create and print a Royal Mail freepost returns label.
  3. Pack up your item(s) and apply the label to the package.
  4. Take the package to your nearest Post Office and ensure that you obtain proof of postage.

Please note that, unless faulty, items must be returned as new with all original packaging, tags and labels, and the item must be unused and undamaged. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to reject the return.

We can't offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty, on the following items:

  • products that have been personalised for you (this includes custom frames and bespoke bicycles);
  • perishable goods such as food;
  • underwear.

 

International Customers

 

If you are not entirely happy with any item(s) in your order, you can return them for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving it. You will have to pay the return postage to us, but we will cover the shipping of the replacement item, if applicable.

Please follow these steps to return an item(s).

  1. Download and complete an international returns form.
  2. Pack up your item(s).
  3. Ship the package back to us.

If you are returning an item(s) for refund, we can provide you with a DHL returns label. If you are returning from Europe, we will deduct £15 off of your refund. If you are returning from anywhere else in the world, we will deduct £20 off of your refund. If you would like us to supply a label, please send us an email to customer.service@condorcycles.com referencing your order number.
