Product Description
The Pitlock 3 Piece Skewer Set is a coded high security protection device that is a direct replacement for the quick release skewers on front/rear wheels and seat posts. Pitlock is a high-quality locking system made of stainless steel, designed and made in Germany. It protects all commercially available bicycle parts with encoded security shutters and individual keys. By using more than a 1000 different codes and a special mechanical interlock technique Pitlock provides you with a safety twice as high.
- Needs a 14mm spanner to fit (you must carry the key and spanner with you whilst cycling to allow wheel removal)
- Can only be used on bikes with QR skewers and will not work with solid, nutted axles
- Set features front/rear wheel & seat post skewers/1 Pit/1 security code ID card
- Duplicate keys can only be ordered using the security code supplied
- Parts made of quality rustproof high-grade steel
- Easy to install & use
- Front wheel 119 mm installation width
- Rear wheel 155 mm installation width
- Skewer diameter 5 mm
- Screw diameter 6 mm
