The Selle Italia Model X, is a revolutionary saddle designed to be made as sustainably as possibly.
Selle Italia instead of relocating production to contain costs, it has designed, built and patented a new production process, which has allowed the development of an Italian product at a competitive price.
Model X is in fact made with a fully automated production process: the product is made of polypropylene and all the various components of the saddle are assembled without the use of glue materials. The result is a product optimized in terms of comfort and quality level, 100% Made in Italy.
The Model X is 145mm wide with a Soft-Tek cover to resist scratches and scrapes. The polypropylene rails add to the comfort factor. With a central channel providing flex on the wings, the saddle will spread the rider's weight evenly whilst relieving pressure. It is an ideal saddle for all round riding. gravel and day to day use.
