Chillington Hall: 7–8 July 2018
We welcomed over two hundred and fifty riders to Chillington Hall at the beginning of July to celebrate seventy years of Condor.
Saturday began at a leisurely pace with demo bikes available for trial and two guided gravel rides in the grounds of Chillington Hall.
Sunday riders signed on early in the grounds of the old farm buildings to tackle our Full Monty and Half Monty routes, named after our founder, Monty Young. We were joined by riders from our pro team, JLT Condor, and friends including Fenwicks (maintenance), OTE (nutrition), Fizik, Bear Coffee, Allums Butchers, and local brewery, Lymestone, as well as the Lazy Pig serving food post ride.
Thank you to everyone who travelled to celebrate with us. We met with Condor riders of old, and Condor riders of new — some new to cycling, some just new to Condor. Some travelled across the country from the likes of Yorkshire and Wales. Some even travelled far across the world from Spain and Korea!
