Condor Cycles is one of the largest independent cycle retailers in the UK. Since 1948 Condor has been dedicated to designing and manufacturing bicycles and components that surpass others in quality and performance.
Condor is a family based business, now in its third generation. The passion of the family run Condor has built the brand into one of the most renowned frame manufacturers and cycling retailers. After the recent store expansion on Gray's Inn Road and expansion to new warehouse and bicycle build facility we are currently looking to hire a number of full and part time staff in a number of positions.
We are looking for someone who is friendly and organised to join our team based in our offices in London. Someone who is already an enthusiastic road cyclist, racer or commuter, with a strong interest in performance cycling products.
Day to day tasks would includes responding to customer sales queries, processing and despatching online and mail order purchases, warranties and returns. At times be required to help maintain the appearance of the store throughout the day.
Internal database training of CRM will be given.
In line with our current expansion plans we are looking for a full-time Warehouse Operative. Based at our bike build facility in Southwark, there will be a wide range of tasks, including checking goods in and out, restocking shelves, picking and packing customer orders, checking stock and store deliveries. Please note the job is a physical one. You will be given the opportunity to improve and develop your skills within the cycling industry. The Operative will report to our Production Director.
The candidate must have the following qualities:
Good people skills, good spatial awareness, good mental arithmetic, be organised and conscientious, responsible, reliable and a team player.

A keen interest in cycling is an advantage but not essential

We are looking to expand our team of passionate sales associates. We are looking for someone who is already an enthusiastic road cyclist, racer or commuter, with a strong interest in performance cycling products and the reputable Condor brand. Duties will include retail, customer service, and assisting at some Condor events. You will be required to help maintain the appearance of the shop throughout the day.

At the heart of Condor are experienced workshop mechanics, who help service and maintain our customers' bicycles.
Condor Cycles operates a fully equipped workshop at the Gray's Inn Road store. We are looking to hire a mechanic to service, repair and assess customers' bikes. Your primary responsibilities include keeping the workshop running smoothly at all times, maintaining high standards of repair and servicing, and helping to maintain tidiness of the workshop throughout the working day. You will report directly to the store manager and workshop manager.

Based at our new bike build facility in Southwark, our Build Technicians create customer bikes to their required specifications after the initial consultation and bike fit process. You will be given the opportunity to improve and develop wheel building skills. Our technicians will report to our Production Director.
