Cyclo-cross is a great way to keep up your fitness during the cooler months. The loose ground helps hone your gear selection. Whilst pedal technique and handling skills get a good work out too. What does this mean? Better rider on the road, improved anticipation and more efficient riding.
Cyclo-cross is one of the friendliest events and with each race only 40mins to an 1 hour in length it means that they are great for keeping top end fitness ready for the spring.
